Tiffany, on this mothers day just wanted to tell you something… i.love.you.

I am amazed at the gifts God has blessed you with. I wish I were a poet to craft something worthy of you. I love to watch raise our girls and consider it such a blessing each day we get together. You make my life better, always!

Our girls picked some flowers for you today… and Levi decided it would make for some good tea!

It was three years ago… before I knew anything about f/stops & shutter-speeds… we we’re about 1-2 months away from having our first daughter. A hunger started to grow in my heart. Somewhere between birthing class and painting a nursery our little family was taking shape and I knew I had to pick up a camera. I had no formal training just a desire to capture moments. I thank God for blessing me with three jewels on earth and getting to take pictures of them is an honor I can’t put into words.

Our family trip to Seaside, FL is over but the memories will last much longer. In talks of making this little ‘seaside’ town a yearly pilgrimage for the Wade clan.

Behind The Scenes

Tonight I sat across the table from my bride, my wife, my best friend, and my valentine. I gave her the best valentine’s day gift I knew to give – I asked her how I was doing as a husband. I asked her where are there areas where I can improve. I just sat and listened… and to be honest, some of the answers were EXTREMELY hard to hear. I swallowed my pride and wrote them down in my REAP Journal and will now work towards improving.

After the message at the Stone something I realized is that Tiffany and Sully don’t get to choose who leads them. They are stuck with me, for better or worse. So this Valentine’s Day, I made a promise to both of them… that it would be FOR THE BETTER!
